How can you do if you buy a pack but didn't receive it ?


Did you buy a pack but didn't receive it even after waiting for over half an hour? Don't panic and follow these steps!


1. Check your email and ensure that you have received a notification that you've successfully purchased the pack. Usually, the contents of the pack will have been credited to your game account and placed in your in-game Bag once you receive the email.


2. If you did not receive an email, check if your payment for the pack was successful at your respective app store via the following methods:


     ¡î For Android devices
       6¦1 Using the Play Store app:
         1) Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
         2) Tap [Menu > Account].
         3) Tap [Order history] to view your orders.
       6¦1 Using a web browser:
         1) Go to your Google Play account: https://play.google.com/store/account
         2) Scroll down to [Order history]
         3) Check for your purchase.


     ¡î For iOS devices
       6¦1 Using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
         1) Go to [Settings > "your name" > iTunes & App Store].
         2) Tap your Apple ID, then tap [View Apple ID > Purchase History].
         3) Tap [>] to the right of a billed charge to view invoice details, including the billing date and order ID.
       6¦1 Using Mac or PC
         1) Launch iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID.
         2) From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, select [Account > View My Account].
         3) On the [Account Information] page, scroll to [Purchase History]. Select [See All] to the right of [Most Recent Purchase].
         4) Your purchases will be grouped by date. Click the Order ID number to the right of the order date to see the details of an invoice, including the billing date. 


3. If your payment did not go through, contact the respective app store support for assistance.


4. If your payment went through but you still have not received the items, take a screenshot of the purchase, then contact us for assistance via [Avatar > Settings > Report Bug] and select [Purchase Problem] as your question type.
