If you know you will be running errands and need a snack to bring along, you can easily make up a sandwich baggie with raw organic nuts and dried fruit to keep the hunger pangs at bay as you make your rounds. So I didn't even consider sleep apnea as a possibility. You need to perform some amount of cardio in order to burn that belly fat, but you may not realize how you should be performing cardiovascular exercise.
